Southern Water Welcomes Bert Gardner

We are pleased to announce the addition of Bert Gardner as the Georgia territory representative for Southern Water Technologies. Bert brings more than 20 years of experience in the water and wastewater industry to Southern Water.  He has worked on all aspects of project procurement including, hard bid, negotiated, and design build projects primarily in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic states. Bert has extensive experience in process equipment procurement, installation, and start-up/commissioning.  His experience in individual equipment start-up and overall commissioning of water/wastewater treatment plants, chemical feed stations, pump stations and cogeneration facilities will be a huge asset to us and to our clients. Bert has spent the last six years in commercial/Industrial construction material sales and is looking forward to getting back to his roots in the water and wastewater sectors.

Bert is a graduate of Auburn University and a LEED-accredited professional specializing in building design and construction, having maintained his credentials for the past nine years.

Bert and his wife, Meredith, live in Newnan, GA with their daughters Charlotte and Frances. He loves to watch Auburn play any sport and is an avid Atlanta Braves fan. In his spare time, Bert enjoys golf, tennis, hunting, and fishing.
